How Does It Work

Click the order tab at the top > pick a subscription > select your meals > place your order.

Pickup / Delivery

  • Orders are ready every Saturday. Delivery & Pickup is 7am-9am. All orders placed Thur-Sat will be ready the following week.

Order Frequency

  • One-Time Purchase: Receives order for that one time the order is placed.
  • Subscriptions: Receives orders every Saturday until paused or cancelled. (All customers are responsible for pausing or cancelling orders)

We deliver to Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Owasso, Jenks, & Bixby Counties.

Rescheduled pickups must be scheduled before Wednesday. You are responsible for rescheduling pickup.

Yes, you can! Please contact us by 7am via chatbot to make a change.

Of course! We ask that you notify us of any meal changes before Friday.

Log into your account > manage my subscription > swap meals

All subscriptions that are inactive for 2 consecutive months (or 6 consecutive weeks) will be deleted. You will have to create a new subscription.

Refunds and Cancellations

Canceling Subscriptions

  • We require a 2 week minimum before canceling any subscriptions.
  • To cancel, please contact us 24 hours before your order processes.

Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued for missing meals/orders.
  • Refunds will take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank.
